The Alderley Park Accelerator with Lisa Cox from Life Compass Consulting has established a 'Project Performance Network' for anyone working on projects or using Project Management tools and skills.  In addition to building a peer-to-peer support network, this is intended to contribute to attendees professional development, by sharing experiences and learnings in an informal environment.

For the Spring workshop 2021 the topic will be: Risk Management

‘Pre-mortems’: identifying the biggest risks

Risk Management processes: how to use, which projects benefit

Shared experiences: what ‘often goes wrong’ on your projects?

How to engage your team and stakeholders, and ‘keep it live’

Managing uncertainty: portraying ‘ranges of outcomes’; scenario planning

This will be a online event, using Microsoft Teams.
