Can I prepay, or do I pay on the bus?

Tickets must be bought in advance via the Swans Travel app. The app is available in the iOS App Store & Google Play. Simply scan your QR code ticket on the scanner when you board the bus to travel. Only tickets valid for the journey you are taking will be accepted.

What if I only want to travel on the Shuttle occasionally?

No problem - simply buy daily, weekly or monthly tickets online before you travel. 

Do I need to register to catch the Alderley Park Shuttle?

Yes, you do this when you download and install the app.

Has the timetable changed?

Yes- we have made a couple of changes that are reflected in the updated timetable on this page. The Shuttle will continue to operate from Monday to Friday - please see times below.
