We're joined by special guest Matt Holmes - former pro cyclist and founder of Holmes Cycling. Based in the Peak District, before retiring in 2023 Matt most recently rode for UCI World Team Lotto-Soudal. Career highlights including a stage win at the Tour Down Under, finishing the Giro d’Italia in 2020 and 2022, and winning the polka dot jersey at the Criterium du Dauphine and Paris Nice.
