What is CONQUER FITNESS CHALLENGE?
It’s a hybrid outdoor fitness challenge designed for EVERYBODY!
Our athletes compete in a race against the clock to complete a trail based course with multiple functional test stations and obstacles along the way.
The competition starts with a sprint based max effort workout, followed by a 7km trail run and several unique functional workout stations to challenge athletes strength, stamina and grit. This combination of functional exercises and endurance makes the Conquer Fitness Challenge unique yet still attainable for people from varying athletic and fitness backgrounds.
Participants / teams receive an individual finishing time, with comparable results for the event, all athletes receive a medal and the fastest teams/athletes compete for the podium and trophies.
The Conquer Fitness Challenge events see our Team (Teams of Two) and Solo Athletes complete with categories for Men, Women and Mixed (for teams only). Our events offer the perfect blend of functional fitness, rustic challenges, technical movements and trail running all taking part in the beauty of the great outdoors.

Conquer Fitness Young Guns Event (Child & Adult)
The Young Guns Event pits our 7-13 yearrs, and a willing guardian (over 18 years) in a race against time to complete our 3km trail run and obstacle course. Get sweaty, get muddy, and have lots of family fun!
