Looking to start-up or scale-up your life science business? The Alderley Park Accelerator is back.

2 day virtual Pre-Accelerator bootcamp:

• Friday 5th August (9:30am - 5:00pm)

• Monday 8th August (9:30am - 5:00pm)

Participants of the bootcamp will be given a grounding in Lean Startup and Customer Discovery, as well as exploring business models, value propositions and discussing their idea and confidentiality.

Attendees of the bootcamp (or previous 2-3 day pre-accelerator workshops) will be eligible for a future full Accelerator programme, detailed below.

• Follow on briefing from 2 day bootcamp: Wednesday 17th August (9:00am - 11:00)

Written applications for Accelerator to be submitted by 26th August.

• Virtual pitches in w/c 5th September (video pitches may be accepted - tbd)

• Accelerator Programme Sessions on Tuesdays from 13th September to 8th November - hybrid of virtual and in-person meetings. Start times and dates of each to be confirmed.

The full programme sessions will go in to much more depth of each aspect of the business model, as well as focused sessions on customer discovery techniques, intellectual property, funding, partnering and pitching. Teams will be given coaching outside the full-day weekly sessions, and will be expected to commit approximately 2 days per week to the programme, including mandatory attendance on Tuesdays. The final session will be a pitching event, with funders and industry experts present to provide feedback.
