The team at Conquer Fitness are delighted to announce a unique collaboration with the team at Everybody Sport & Recreation and Bruntwood SciTech for their next outdoor fitness challenge.

The next event will see our athletes venture through the amazing facilities and stunning grounds of Alderley Park, Nether Alderley, Cheshire.

The fitness challenge will take in the impressive views of the lake, the working farmland and the beauty of the woodland all set across the grounds of Alderley Park. As well as taking full advantage of the 'state of the art'  Everybody @ Alderley Park Sports & Fitness facility.

Athletes must be prepared to run, jump, lift, row, maul, flip, drag, climb and to take on the challenge, but most of all be prepared to give it your all and have some fun!  

Adult pairs competition. Workouts are scalable for all abilities (on request).

• Same sex Male +18 yrs

• Same sex Female +18 yrs

• Mixed Pairs +18 yrs

• All athletes receive a free Branded Tee Shirt, Medal, bottle of water & Branded snack

• Trophies for the winning teams per category

Parking available, spectators free, no dogs (as parts in doors), food & refreshments available, showers are on site, indoor spectating available (under government guidance, as determined at the time). All athletes and spectators will need to complete a Covid acceptance form on entry.

Prior to the event the Teams will be asked to complete a short Entry Workout and record each team’s capability and to enable the team at Conquer to organise the phased start times. Failure to complete will mean automatically the team falls to the back of the phased starting times.
