The Alderley Park Accelerator with Lisa Cox from Life Compass Consulting has established a 'Project Performance Network' for anyone working on projects or using Project Management tools and skills.  In addition to building a peer-to-peer support network, this is intended to contribute to attendees professional development, by sharing experiences and learnings in an informal environment.

For the first workshop of 2021 the topic will be:

Learning Reviews

 Experiences of ‘Lessons learned’: who routinely do these, when is appropriate?

 Processes used: sharing of templates & tips; how to ‘diffuse the blame’

 When things go wrong: root cause analysis- tips, processes & templates

 How & where to share outputs

This will be a online event, using Microsoft Teams.
