Join the Institute of Directors as they launch their latest report: 'Life Sciences: From Cradle to Globe'.

The UK Office of Life Sciences estimates that the industry employs around 235,000 and has a turnover of around £64 billion. Unsurprisingly perhaps, life sciences is seen by the Government as a core sector in the Industrial Strategy.

The IoD is working with Professor Brian Smith, a respected expert in the life sciences field, to explore how the UK has built a world-leading life sciences sector and what barriers are still holding it back.
